"Reflecting on my first term right now, accountability, strategic plan, smart growth, successful community action centers, charter schools, and Zemel lands forecasted as light industrial & commercial with excellent paying jobs. academic village, removals of the eco park, Chiquita boat lifts. reduction of taxes."

Please tell me what are "successful community action centers"? Are these the CAC's that you and others on council voted on? I believe these are what are called Commercial Activity Centers for mixed use development. I also recall you and Tim Day having voted against one on Burnt Store and Kissmet.

As to the "Academic Village" purchased in 2002, please tell me what academics have been occurring there?

Please tell me when this occurred; "removals of the eco park, Chiquita boat lifts"

"reduction of taxes" Tell me when during anytime you were on council that taxpayers paid less on their tax bill? The only real "reductions" in the mill rate had to due with a reduction in the debt service that council had absolutely NOTHING to do with. So while revenue and spending went up 60% over the last 2 years where was "our reduction in taxes"?
