As to the "Academic Village" purchased in 2002, please tell me what academics have been occurring there? Please tell me when this occurred; "removals of the eco park, Chiquita boat lifts" "reduction of taxes" Tell me when during anytime you were on council that taxpayers paid less on their tax bill? The only real "reductions" in the mill rate had to due with a reduction in the debt service that council had absolutely NOTHING to do with.
